Frequently Asked Questions

  • We offer one to one, individualised therapy sessions for children aged 2 years - 18 years. Therapy may have a range of goals including fine and gross motor skills development, Executive Functioning, sensory processing, emotional regulation, participation in daily routines, community access and social skills.

    We also offer group-therapy sessions in school holidays that target a range of goals including motor skills, social skills and self-care skills.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form and we will get in contact to schedule an initial assessment phone call. This is when we will assess your child’s needs, discuss appointments and intervention planning.

  • Yes! We are able to work with families who are self or plan managed (sorry, not NDIA managed) through NDIS. We also accept Medicare rebate referrals from your GP, and private paying families.

  • The Play Patch is a mobile, community-based service. We will visit your child at their home, kindergarten, or school.

  • The Play Patch currently services South-East Brisbane and the Redlands.

  • We charge standard NDIS rates for all participants regardless of funding body. This rate is $193.99/hour.
